Content shared within our network must meet our luxury standards and brand values. You retain ownership of your content but grant us a license to use, display, and promote your content for network-related purposes. Content must be original, authentic, and of the highest quality befitting our exclusive network.
All intellectual property related to Lux Creator Network, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and content, is the property of Lux Creator Network. Members may use our intellectual property solely as permitted by our Brand Usage Policy.
Membership in our network may provide access to confidential information about partnerships, business strategies, and other exclusive opportunities. You agree to maintain strict confidentiality of such information and not disclose it to non-members without explicit written consent.
We reserve the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice. Upon termination, you must cease all use of network resources and delete any confidential information obtained through the network.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lux Creator Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for network access in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lux Creator Network and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising from your use of the network or violation of these Terms.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the network after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify members of significant changes through our communication channels.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lux Creator Network is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
