This Membership Agreement ("Agreement") governs your participation in the Lux Creator Network ("Network"). By accepting membership, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
Membership in the Lux Creator Network is by exclusive invitation only. We maintain the highest standards for admission, evaluating potential members based on content quality, audience engagement, brand partnerships, and overall influence in the luxury sector. The Lux team reserves sole discretion in determining membership eligibility and may consider additional factors at their internal discretion.
Membership in our network is structured in multiple tiers, each with distinct benefits and requirements:
Initial tier for emerging luxury creators with growing influence and quality content.
Standard membership for established creators with significant audience engagement and brand partnerships.
Exclusive tier for top-tier creators with exceptional influence and industry recognition.
The specific terms, benefits, and obligations for each tier may vary and are subject to internal Lux team evaluation. The Lux team reserves sole discretion to determine appropriate tier placement and advancement, with decisions made at the internal sole discretion of the Lux team.

All benefits are provided at the sole discretion of the Lux team and may be modified, discontinued, or altered without notice. The Lux team reserves the right to determine which benefits are available to each member based on internal evaluation criteria.
As a member of the Lux Creator Network, you agree to:
All content created by members must reflect the luxury standards of our network. The Lux team reserves sole discretion to evaluate content quality and may require modifications to maintain network standards. Members must ensure their content aligns with luxury brand values and maintains the sophisticated image of the network.
Members acknowledge that participation in the network may involve access to confidential information about partnerships, business strategies, and exclusive opportunities. Members agree to maintain strict confidentiality of such information. Additionally, the Lux team reserves the right to make disclosures about member activities, partnerships, and performance at their internal sole discretion to maintain network standards and facilitate business relationships.
Membership status is subject to ongoing evaluation by the Lux team. The Lux team reserves sole discretion to assess member performance, content quality, and adherence to network standards. This evaluation process may include review of engagement metrics, content performance, brand partnership success, and overall contribution to the network. The Lux team may disclose evaluation results and member information internally or to luxury partners at their sole discretion.
Membership may be terminated by either party with or without cause. The Lux team reserves sole discretion to terminate membership for any reason, including but not limited to violations of network standards, failure to meet performance expectations, or actions that may harm the reputation of the network. Members may terminate their membership by providing written notice, though certain obligations may continue after termination.
Members retain ownership of their original content but grant the Lux Creator Network a license to use, display, and promote their content for network-related purposes. The Lux team reserves sole discretion to determine how member content is used for promotional purposes and may make disclosures about member content and performance at their discretion.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lux Creator Network shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to membership. The Lux team reserves sole discretion in managing network operations and making decisions that affect member benefits or status.
The Lux team reserves sole discretion to modify this Membership Agreement at any time. The Lux team may make internal disclosures about these modifications and their rationale as they see fit. Continued participation in the network constitutes acceptance of any modifications to this Agreement.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Lux Creator Network is established, without regard to conflict of law principles. The Lux team reserves sole discretion in determining the appropriate jurisdiction for any disputes related to membership.
